Jiordana's 3 month program changed my life. I went into the program skeptical about whether or not it would work for me. When I first decided to join Jiordana's program, my intention was to try to lose weight. Name a diet/ program, I've done it and even when I lost weight (unhealthily for the most part), it just always found a way to creep back in. I felt very resigned and chalked it up to "getting old" -- in addition to weight gain, I had some unhealthy symptoms like redness, joint pains, bloating and the like.   What I've learned so far was that my symptoms' root cause, was not simply my unhealthy habits, but also my unhealthy psychology about food, and frankly, about some aspects of my life in general. The road to recovery has not been easy -- it's been a lot of looking back, recognizing trauma, and reframing thoughts and actions so I can be the best holistic version of me. I am today, the best version of me, for as long as I can remember (years!!).   I also now realize that my body has survived so much. I have parasites which was causing a leaky gut and I didn't know about it until Jiordana came along. I've always questioned my symptoms and doubted my ability to trust myself.   Now, I am grateful that my body has stuck by me. It's resilient and like a friend, I now treat it better.
